FINAL LOOK FOR HARDWARE PART

For this week, the final look of the modified wheelchair after several modification had been done onto the wheelchair. The last part for the modification was to add up extra shaft to support the actuator motor so that the actuator motor can go lower from the original position from previous design. The look of the wheelchair look like this:

So the movement of the actuator motor also change from the previous design. The maximum and the minimum stroke length of the actuator motor also have a slight different length compared to the previous design. 

Below is the movement of the actuator from the maximum to the minimum level of the stroke length

 

The maximum level of stroke length for the actuator motor to push the seat upward

The minimum level of stroke length for the actuator motor to pull the seat downward

That is all for the week, as the final hardware part is done on this week.
